Q: What are your current business hours?
A: We are open 6 days a week in season and limited hours in the winter. Check out our hours page for current hours.
Q: Do you repair bicycles?
A: Yes. We repair and work on every brand of bicycle. Bring your bike down at your convenience and drop it off.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No. Appointments are not required. We do offer appointments for rush service bikes which have and additional $75 fee.
Q: Do you sell Peloton shoes?
A: Yes. We do sell Peloton compatible shoes. We try to stock a wide range of sizes and colors.
Q: Do you offer a buy back program for bikes?
A: No. At this time we do not offer a buy back program for bikes we've sold.
Q: Do you take trade in's?
A: Yes. We work with The Pro's Closet which is an online reseller of used bikes. Bring you bike down for a free quote.
Q: Do you sell used bikes?
A: No. We do not sell used bikes but we do however occasionally have a few in the spring time.
Buying a new bicycle
Q: Can I pre-order a new bike?
A: We are not currently taking pre-orders on bikes. Due to the high demand and delays of manufacturing new bikes that are on order do not have guaranteed dates of arrival. Because of this we cannot take pre-orders.
Q: Can I be put on a list once bikes arrive?
A: We are not currently taking names for bikes. We will be updating our available bikes page as soon as bikes arrive.
Q: How do I pick out a new bike?
A: We welcome you to come in and talk to one of our salesman about what bike will suit your needs and determine size.
Q: Are pricing and availability accurate on your website?
A: Pricing and availability may change but we will do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible.
Q: Do you sell other bikes that are not on your website?
A: Yes. We carry most bikes from Giant, Liv, Salsa, Bianchi, Norco and Kona when we can get them. Due to the high demand we are sometimes limited on what is available.
Q: Can I jump the line and get my bike back sooner?
A: We do offer appointments which include a 24-48 hour turn around time. All appointments will require an additional $75 service charge not including the cost of the repair. Every other repair is done on a first come first serve basis and we do our best to turn bikes around quickly.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee for the repairs done?
A: Yes. We offer a 30 day guarantee on all work preformed at our store. If you are not happy with how your bike turned out bring it back within 30 days and we will fix whatever problems you are having with the work that we preformed.
Q: Do you offer upgrade options for bikes?
A: Not only do we offer upgrades to bikes but it is one of our favorite types of service. Bring your bike down and discuss what you want done with our technicians.
