General Store Information

Q: What are your current business hours?

A: We are currently operating on winter hours. We will update our hours after March 1st.

Q: Do you currently offer repair services?

A: Yes. We repair and work on every brand of bicycle. Bring your bike down at your convenience and drop it off. No appointment needed. 

Q: Are you open for in-store shopping?

A: Yes. We are open for in store shopping. Please be sure to wear a mask keep a social distance. 

Q: Do you sell Peloton shoes?

A: Yes. We do sell Peloton compatible shoes. We try to stock a wide range of sizes and colors. 

Buying a new bicycle

Q: Can I pre-order a new bike?

A: We are not currently taking pre-orders on bikes. Due to the high demand and delays of manufacturing new bikes that are on order do not have guaranteed dates of arrival. Because of this we cannot take pre-orders.

Q: Can I be put on a list once bikes arrive?

A: We are not currently taking names for bikes. We will be updating our available bikes page as soon as bikes arrive. 

Q: How do I pick out a new bike?

A: We welcome you to come in and talk to us about what may be the right bike and size. Due to the demand we do not have a lot of bikes on the floor but we can walk you through what bike will fit your needs! Also feel free to call us.

Q: Are pricing and availability accurate on your website?

A: Pricing and availability may change but we will do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible. 

Q: Do you know when you will get a specific model?

A: We unfortunately have no control over when bikes will be shipped or when they will arrive. 

Q: Do you sell used bikes?

A: We do not typically sell used bikes but we do occasionally receive used bikes throughout the year. Call us  if you are looking for something specific

Q: Do you sell other bikes that are not on your website?

A: Yes. We carry most bikes from Giant, Liv, Salsa, Bianchi and Norco when we can get them. Due to the high demand we are very limited on what is available. 

Employee Safety Information

Q: How are you keeping your employees safe?

A: The safety of our employees as well as our customers is our top priority. We’ve undertaken the following safety protocols in accordance with CDC recommendations to keep our team and visitors safe. The protocols include:

  • Vigilant and frequent cleaning and disinfecting standards beyond CDC recommendations
  • Utilizing provided face masks and gloves
  • Frequent hand washing
  • Extended social distancing
  • Team members who are symptomatic or have had probably exposure to someone who is sick are asked to stay home
